Detailed Directions
If you're come via I-71 (from either north or south) and take exit #65 (Jamestown/Washington Court Exit)Ā then take the first left past the new LOVES/Hardeeā™s gas station/restaurant.
The turn off is difficult to see so drive slowly and ignore the impatient people behind you. They can go around. Also watch when you turn--there is oncoming traffic from the opposite direction. If you miss the turn, you have no choice but to follow the new four-lane expressway and exit at the first opportunity which is Jamestown/Cedarville, Route 72.
If you're come from Dayton/Xenia/Springfield. On Route 72 or coming on US 35 expressway from the west (Dayton or Xenia or points west/southwest/northwest) and have exited the expressway onto Route 72, go into the middle of Jamestown and turn left (east). There is only one major intersection in Jamestown; you'll know if you're headed in the correct direction if, after you've made the turn, the old United Methodist church with the large steeple is on your right. We are about three and one-half miles east of Jamestown on OLD US 35.
(Note: many people have made the mistake of going in the wrong direction when exiting I-71, having gotten confused by our address which is on Old US 35 East ---- it's a Jamestown address; we are east of Jamestown but west of I-71.)
This is actually much easier than it sounds!
So in a nut-shell: from I-71, just look carefully for the turn onto OLD US 35 West, and we are about 4 1/2 miles toward Jamestown. (Also note, the old 'landmark' of the entrance to the four-lane 35 is no longer there, so watch your mileage.)
from the west on 35 or north on 72, go into (through) Jamestown and continue on OLD US 35 East for 3 1/2 miles where you'll find us on the right side of the road.
